I've noticed it slips loose over time as a device is inserted/removed, but I can work with it. Now it sits stable and in a good viewing space for me in my SuperDuty. The design of my wife's Traverse vents doesn't allow it to work for her, however. That's not a flaw of this mount.

I like the durability of the unit and the quick release button that releases the phone. I like that it clips to the air-condition vent, it places the phone at a good height for easy viewing and it keeps the phone cool!
