I use this unit in a fairly well insulated single car garage. Other than it is quite noisy it works quite well. Not sure how you would use this unit in ones home due to the drain hose necessity.

Our bedroom is off a deck, and we didn't want the ugly window unit AC back sticking out onto the deck so we bought this unit. It works very well and is very cold. It is rather noisy, and doesn't roll great on rugs. It's simple to install and has options for difference sized windows. If it weren't so loud., I'd give it a 5...it won't keep you up or are you ,and you get used to the noise. Handy little remote too

when my roof ac on the rv died in July, in Florida, this unit saved the day...literally. this unit cools/heats a 30 ft RV, takes up very little floor space, is pretty darn quiet (and I am closed in, do not have to add volume to the tv). it cut my power bill by 30 percent. it rolls easily. is easy to install. even with RV windows it fit in the space I needed it to. the cons: it has modes. you can't just switch from heat to cool without powering through all the modes. I hate modes. the blue backlight does not light up the panel to see the icons, and the overflow tray for draining is small and when in heat mode it has to be emptied nearly every hour as the unit shuts off when the tray is full. even when empty at bedtime it has to be emptied at least twice overnight. it does come with a long drain hose, that I haven't figured out yet. I would definitely recommend this product.

This kept our living room and kitchen cool. Which is about 300 sq feet since it's an open floor plan. Pretty noisy though if you are trying to watch tv.

I live in a small apartment and needed an AC unit. This one proved it's worth over the summer. It hasn't leaked and the set up is easy. It kept my entire 750sqft apartment cool. It really saved me this summer. I was told when shopping around that, you will never regret buying an AC unit. you will regret not getting one.

LOVE this. I bought it for this summer to cool my 2 bedroom apartment and it was great. I had a midea unit last summer that leaked water all over the place and was noisy and an energy hog. While this BD unit was expensive to run, it was on par with my Midea (and my energy cost had increased this year anyways).The technology that causes the water it draws to evaporate was nice. I only had to empty the water tank at the end of the summer and there wasn't much in it and it ran with NO smell at all. I'm thankful I'll be able to get more than one year out of it!

This is an outstanding air conditioning! So easy to install and use. Set up is only 30 minutes. Operates with the remote. I can’t believe how cool are condo got in less than 15 minutes. All I can say is get one! They are amazing. Great buy for the money .

Item arrived earlier than the estimated delivery date. And came with everything that was needed for installation.If I had to look for negatives... I guess you can count these 3 things.1. Remote came without batteries. Which I don't mind, since those batteries don't last long anyways.2. The air that blows out cannot be aimed up/down. There's a little contraption that you can manipulate for the air to go left/right. But doesn't help much.3. I don't know if this AC can keep a room cool that's 700 Sq Ft in size. I don't have that big of a space to try it out. But it does keeps my bedroom cool. And that's more than enough for me.Aside from those 3 things, I'm satisfied with this product.

Great for 12 months, then the evaporating tech broke in the unit, and it fills with water all the time. Like full to the brim so water starts pouring out on the floor or out through the fan at the top. Have it in a pan because the clog is not near the pipe valve, so opening it to drain does nothing.Real piece of crap for what it is, likely filed with mold and bugs after being drained and filled so many consecutive times, avoid buying this crap.

Kept us cool this summer, fairly easy to hook up. We used it in the living room, so put the hose in the front window. We live in w. washington so didn't need to run it continuously. It takes up about a 2x2 ft. space, so we put it up and took it down when not needed - small house. I'm really glad we got it, much more comfortable than last summer!

When I received the AC Unit, I was surprised to read on the box in big letters NOT FOR SALE IN CALIFORNIA I researched the unit online. It says it can cause cancer. They say it's best to buy the AC Unit that hangs out the window.

It cools room in 5 minutes. I leave it on for about 20 minutes turn it off temperature is perfect all night. The exhaust tube falls off but white duct tape worked to keep it attached.

The bada little noisy and it did increase our electricity bill. the good?? soooo worth it. it cooled down our room quickly and made this summer bearable (yay fall!) it is small enough that it hid out of the way under a curtain. i don't know why I didnt get one sooner!!

More compact and quieter than my previous unit. Not a huge concern, but the touch pad for the temperature and functions is very sensitive. It has worked well all summer.

This was a lifesaver when my air conditioner went out this summer. you have to stay in a small bedroom, but you won't die of heat. My AC was out almost 3 weeks and luckily this thing helped a lot. It's currently in one of my RVs

Keeps our bedroom cool to keep from cooling the whole house at night saving a small fortune. It is a strong fan and makes it noisy. I do not have double hung windows so had to put in a drier vent through the wall to use correctly.
