Only problem I have had is that the touch panel stopped working after one month so now I have to use the remote

This air conditioner only shoots the air up so most of the cold air is diffused against the ceiling the room size this states to cool down isnt accurate it struggles to cool a room half the size it says it can. Dont know why they didnt build it to shoot the air straight out instead of up

This is an outstanding air conditioning! So easy to install and use. Set up is only 30 minutes. Operates with the remote. I can’t believe how cool are condo got in less than 15 minutes. All I can say is get one! They are amazing. Great buy for the money .

I am pleased with how cool it keeps my basement and bedroom in basement. It is a 500 square foot basement with a 12 ft by 12 ft bedroom and both stay very cool. Only on the 90 degree plus days is it need extra fans to help circulate the air. Definitely a good buy. It is loud but not any louder than any other air conditioners. It is probably quieter than most. I can easily have phone conversations without issues and it be in the same room. It did not raise the energy bill too much. I have not been able to get the remote to work right though. Otherwise it is perfect.

Set up for this AC unit was easy enough for me and the unit itself works great. I usually only need to turn it on for an hour or two at a time during peak warm hours and the room stills stay cool for long afterward.No complain really except for the noise level. It is super noisy. Now that isn't something that affect me since I can sleep fine with loud noises but it's definitely something to keep in mind if you set this up in your bed room and if you have noise sensitivityAdded bonus that is less related to the product's efficiency but my cat is more inclined to cuddle with me when the AC is on so I will count that as an extra win. That probably will varies between cst to cat though so no guarantees this will help your cat cuddle with you more

Purchased for a 240 square foot, we insulated building. Set the unit on 64, at 100 outside. Barely cools......trying to use my protection plan, purchased with the units. The customer service operators hung up on me twice so far. RIDICULOUS.

Has kept us cool and comfortable during the high temperatures. Easy to connect, portable and the fan and dehumidifier option work well to help maintain comfort.

Item arrived earlier than the estimated delivery date. And came with everything that was needed for installation.If I had to look for negatives... I guess you can count these 3 things.1. Remote came without batteries. Which I don't mind, since those batteries don't last long anyways.2. The air that blows out cannot be aimed up/down. There's a little contraption that you can manipulate for the air to go left/right. But doesn't help much.3. I don't know if this AC can keep a room cool that's 700 Sq Ft in size. I don't have that big of a space to try it out. But it does keeps my bedroom cool. And that's more than enough for me.Aside from those 3 things, I'm satisfied with this product.

I love everything about this portable ac unit!! I live in Florida and the summers down here are miserable if u don’t have central air.. My room is the hottest in the house and running the ac all the time is really expensive!! Plus my central air unit is over 35 years old and doesn’t run as efficient!! Most of the time my house is 85 degrees but my room is almost 90 degrees.. I decided to try a portable ac because my friend recommended that I should get one! Our HOA doesn’t allow swamp coolers which would have been a first choice!! It’s not as loud as some of the people in the reviews were saying.. Quite opposite actually!! Swamp coolers are louder in my opinion!! Now that I have the portable ac, my room cools down within minutes!!! It’s been a couple days now and right away I noticed I’m sleeping better throughout the night and not tossing and turning and waking up in sweat!! I’m sooo happy I bought this!! One of the best purchases I’ve ever made!! Hopefully it lasts a long time!! Don’t listen to the negative reviews!! I promise u you won’t regret it!!

Great for 12 months, then the evaporating tech broke in the unit, and it fills with water all the time. Like full to the brim so water starts pouring out on the floor or out through the fan at the top. Have it in a pan because the clog is not near the pipe valve, so opening it to drain does nothing.Real piece of crap for what it is, likely filed with mold and bugs after being drained and filled so many consecutive times, avoid buying this crap.

Kept us cool this summer, fairly easy to hook up. We used it in the living room, so put the hose in the front window. We live in w. washington so didn't need to run it continuously. It takes up about a 2x2 ft. space, so we put it up and took it down when not needed - small house. I'm really glad we got it, much more comfortable than last summer!

This thing is a life saver and it's pretty easy to install. I have a window that opens from right to left so I was worried it wouldn't hold up but it does without much struggle. I've been using it everyday for over a month now and I'm so glad I spent the extra money on a portable ac instead of taking my chance with a small window unit

We didn’t have an ac at all this summer. It got to the point where we would be dripping sweat just sitting on the bed. We got this ac hoping that it would help even just a little. This ac did way more than I thought it would. It made our bedroom cold and comfortable again.

This is Black Decker so reliable brand. It is AC humidifier so is a good deal. It also has temp set timer so you can use for pet comfort when away.Arrived early and easy minor assemble of vent system.

For being portable it does work great! I love the timer feature. The only thing is that u thought it would fit my window and it was short but We make it work.
