Like the fact it is relatively easy to use although it takes about 40-45 minutes to go through whole program but that should not deter you from using it. Does a good job of cleaning the Keurig.

The product did a good job although it took longer than I expected. And even though I ran a full tank of clear water afterwards, my first cup of coffee tasted terrible. There was still descaling residue in the machine. I ran 3 more tanks of clear water through and then it tasted fine.

This was my first time descaling my Nespresso in almost 3 years of use (a crime I know), but this product was easy to use with easy to follow instructions on the back of the bottles

The descaler removes the white Sonoma County water residue leaving a clean coffee pot, a clean single serve coffee machine. I hope this means that these favorite small kitchen appliances will last a long time and continue to make our favorite delicious coffee.

Both bottles arrived with loose caps resulting in spillage into the, fortunately, well sealed package into which the bottles were enclosed.
