I love the water bottle itself but my lid straw did come very stiff. Its very hard to pull up my straw from being in the down position. Hope I can get sent a new one.

Straw not working properly it makes an annoying noise, hardly any drink comes through the straw don't keep ice long, moisture build up on the outside.

Purchased for a day at Sea World. Despite being black, living in the stroller's console cup holder, 100F heat, and being refilled with bottle water 4-5 times, it kept ice for 6 hours.We typically use the “Coldest Water Bottle” brand but I'm very happy with the HydroFlask. The Coldest Water Bottle (1 gallon size) did keep ice and rum punch cold for 48 hours in the Texas sun so I'd say it has the edge but the Hydro Flask is absolutely perfect for Disney, boating, or Outside work where you need something to be reliably cold for 6-8 hours.

You won't be disappointed with this one. Water doesn't taste like plastic or metal. Keeps water cold for at least 24 hours if the top is shut.

I've been waiting for a model like this. The widemouth makes it so much easier to drink from, fill, and put ice in. It fits in my car's cup holders and on my bike's water bottle holder. The straw top is really simple in design and easy to thoroughly clean so I don't have to worry about using it for drinks other than water.All topper accessories you'd use on other widemouth hydroflasks, and any sort of boots or covers that fit on the narrow mouth 24oz models, will fit on this model.

I bought it for my trip to the middle east and it's working so far. The ice stays for hours almost 24 hours. I love it. I have the 24oz and it's easy to hold and didn't leak in my purse.

This bottle keeps liquids cold a very long time. Much better than a well known brand that I bought. I do like how fast I can suck up the liquid. So far no problems with the valve, and it is much quieter than other brands I have tried. The wide mouth version of this bottle is nice because it's much easier to get ice into it. With the narrow neck version, it's difficult to get even the smallest ice cubes into the container.It does sweat some on the cap though because its made of hard plastic, which doesn't insulate well. It's very lightweight compared to a Yeti of the same capacity, so I'm not sure how it will fair out when dropped.

I bought this hydro flask to use on flights and to keep things cold. I filled it with ice and cold water at a restaurant in the airport ( after going through security). Twenty-four hours later the ice was still solid!
