I had to use a hammer to break it up to get it in the water and soil. Killed the mosquito larvae right away.

I bought these for my yard. Not long after putting them out, maybe a day or 2, I definitely noticed a difference. Within a few days I didn't notice any mosquitoes anymore. I didn't expect this to work as well as it did. I'm definitely buying more for next summer.

This seller doesn't really advertise these for gardening or greenhouse, but my husband saw a couple recommendations from gardening youtubers who recommended them. They most certainly do more than any other option for fruit flies in the greenhouse and aphids outside and in the greenhouse. They are simple to use and quite more affordable than other options that might contaminate your food or not even work. He puts them in the dirt and it keeps the aphids out. Definitely give these a try. For the price, you have nothing to lose, except for some flies, mosquitos and aphids!

I purchased these to use on my tropical house plants. I had a pretty heavy infestation of fungus gnats and since using these, the gnats are almost gone. (I also use the yellow sticky traps in a handful of my plants.) I simply broke the dunks in quarters and added to a gallon size jug, let sit overnight, and watered the next day.

Had a wet spring in 2022, lots of water standing in the ditches along the road next to our property so with that came hoards of Mosquitoes. Tossed a package it the ditch and just a few days later noticed a great difference in the population. I'd say it works. good buy.

Work great crumbled into water in humidity/pebble trays under houseplants. Once a month, I rinse the trays to wash the pebbles and add more of the dunk to the fresh water.

Easy to use and got rid of the mosquitoes in our pig pond! I'm very happy with this product! Pond has small and large areas that the pig digs out.

Use them in my large water tub for my bees. I put about a 1/4 of the doughnut in the water and it lasts a few months. No issues with the bees. Perfect solution

These are great for ponds, fountains, even empty vessels and pots because you can break off pieces very easily. I wish this item was promoted more for areas with mosquitos, because it really works. We don't have a lot in our area, but certain properties nearby seem to have an issue. I haven't had but one mosquito since I started using these in our several ponds and fountains. Also, mosquito fish do a brillant job if you have the space in your pond for them.
