I bought this for my fountain in the side yard after noticing mosquito larvae floating around the lower tub.I inserted 1/2 of disk in the pump compartment area which is lobated in the mid pan support in the lower bowl. I inserted there in lei of throwing in the fountain because I have dogs and didn't want them eating it.one disk treats 100 sq feet, my fountain is mid-size of that. Not sure how long the treatment lasts since its been only 3 weeks and the weather is changing to fall. I would suggest keeping an eye on the lower basin of a fountain or the pond for larvae, disk dissolves in a couple of hours.

I used this item for gnats in my plants. I soaked a half of a ring in a gallon of water and used the water for my plants. Did this for about 2 weeks and noticed immediate results...but now it seems they are back with a vengeance. I'm gearing for round 2!

I had a problem with mosquito's in my birdbath and thought I would give this product a try. I only used about 1/5 of the tablet and I have not had any new mosquito larvae since. The birds don't seem to mind as they still come every day to drink.

The only down side, is after a bit, of being in the water, it starts to breakdown, and can make a mess... perhaps, i just need to replace it more often, before it gets to that point!

I struggle with gnats each year when I bring my outside plants inside. This year, I decided to try treating the plants with these. I broke them up and soaked 1/4 of a ring in warm water. They don't dissolve all the way, but they still work. I treated all my plants with these, and I've only noticed 2 gnats in the past 2 months!

I Put it in birdbaths hope it stops the mosquitos from breeding but my yard is loaded with mosquitos Flies so who the heck knows if they actually work...I HOPE SO!!!! Otherwise I'm just blowing the bucks away in the birdbath!!!! Good Price compared to Home Depot At The Time!!!

I live by these when setting up bioactive terrariums. Gets rid of all the gnats within a month(about the natural life cycle of a gnat) of use.

After placing the dunks in the pails and rain barrels for a short time, I saw the young mosquito dropping off and we saw a shortage of mosquito flying. Fast working and lasted a long time. Will buy more next year before they even start.

you can actually see this stuff working. it is like a madnet for the mosquito larvae. we will continue to buy this product.

This is the first time I used anything to keep the mosquito larvae out of my barrels and fountains. I only used them once and it kept them out all season. I have extras for next season but I will purchase again.

I use it in buckets and pans for traps in my shop and backyard. Almost immediately a drastic reduction in mosquitoes.

I use these in my drain boxes in my yard. The boxes are small so I just break off a piece after it rains when there's water standing in them. No complaints.

We set the dunks in a soda bottle with the top cut off. They seem to work as we see what looks like dead mosquitos in the water. We used pond water, not tap.
