The bottle is defective. The ice melts within an hour. I've owned several hydro flasks and I've would last overnight. This bottle is either defective or the quality is just gone.

I wish the lid was the same as the regular mouth bottle. I struggle to get this one open, yet ants are getting inside the bottle. The size is good for what I need it for and colour is nice.

It's really good with holding cold water all day. I just give it 4 star for the company to have us to get all that should come included at a overpriced value (ex. Dent protection at the bottom, sip-pout). Oh, also keep in mind this size will not fit in your sedan cup holder.

I love this product. I fill it up with ice in the morning and it last all day. Also very durable. 10/10 would get again.

It's not easy to clean because the opening is small. And I do have the wide mouth bottle. I have to use a wooden handle spoon with a dish rag to clean the inside. The bottle is too big around to hold comfortably.

Works great.Keeps my drink cool as long as I screw the lid on tight.It's a big bottle, 64oz. Put my phone (iPhone 11) next to it for reference.It doesn't leak. It doesn't scratch easy. I've had mine for about 3 or 4month. And I use it nearly everyday. And I am not the most delicate handler, so as you can see it holds up well. Never dropped it on concrete, but I've dropped it plenty on other surfaces.My only complaint is that for this price, I wish it came with the straw lid. But you will have to purchase it separately.

it's a big water bottle. Too much for most cupholders. The HydroFlask tops are greatin that they open up / vent while open, so they don't store pressure and therefore don't leak or squirt when closed. They're also easy to clean.This specific item was packed pretty poorly tho, so arrive dented :(

It's unfortunate that I can't put this in the dishwasher. I think the label says it can but when I did a piece of the label came off. You'd think it'd be okay for the price of the bottle. So I had to get a bottle sponge to clean it. It does keep your water cold for awhile, for 24hours or so, and it helps me to drink more water. But if you use it often, be ready to wash it often. This might go without saying but even after a day or two of using it; the bottle and water starts to smell bad. So quickly finish your drink and wash it often.

$32 is a lot for a 20 oz water bottle. That's really my only complaint about these Hydro Flasks. I otherwise really love my water bottle as it keeps my water cold throughout the day. One afternoon I filled it up with ice, and it was still cool the next morning, although the ice had completely melted. There is also no strange taste when drinking from it like you may get with other bottles. I haven't had such luck with any other kind of bottle, so this was a nice surprise.I also enjoy the selection of colors and the minimalist design of the bottles. Mine is in the Alpine color and I've gotten many compliments. The handle at the top is a nice touch and makes carrying very convenient without being too bulky.Overall, a solid water bottle, and you get what you pay for.

I own several of these because they are very convenient. However I recently learned that they easily get a huge buildup of black mol! Mold is not easy to clean because of the hard corners on the bottom interior, and the lid has little spaces where mold can gather and hide against the black plastic. I started to clean them rigorously on a schedule but I can't keep up with the growth of the mold. I think it's better to get a stainless steel canister that has a stainless steel lid, this will be less convenient but easier to clean and less chance of mold buildup, and any mold will be obvious. Sorry Hydro flask, you need to redesign your product.
