I use these to keep my families' teeth healthy. I used to get the bottle that had 1,000 tablets but those haven't been available for a while so I had to get this. I like that now 1 dose is just 1 tablet. With the bottle that had 1,000 tabs, 1 dose would be 4 tabs.

I take these 3xs a day for maintenance for headaches but have seen so many other benefits, like not catching every little headcold and stomach bug that goes around anymore! I'm totally sold on these! They instantly dissolve as soon as they touch your tongue, no flavor. Effortless!

This product is extremely good for the health...also, when I broke my ankle, the bone was not mending properly, and once I started taking three pills a day, within a few weeks all ankle pain went away and my bone mended as should.

These seem to help keep my pain level down and they are easy to take by just melting under the tongue. It's too soon to tell overall benefits, but so far I like the pain relief.

Have used Bio-plasma for over 20 years for tension, anxiety relief. Works faster than the B Complex vitamins no iron aftertaste or constipation. This last bottle has larger tablets, harder to keep under my tongue the taste isn't as pleasant as in the past. Maybe this is a result of Hyland not being able to get their supplies? It's still palatable but I miss the older version. How about a reply Hyland?

I am used to buying the old formulation of hylands cell salts 1000 tabs for around $10 and these are 100 for around $13 . Supposed to only need 1/day instead of the 4 / day I used to take. So far seems to be working the same.
