Dissolve under tongue 3 times a day. Use more frequently (every 15 minutes for up to 8 doses) with acute conditions. Children ages 2-6: 2 tablets. Adults & Children ages 7-12: 4 tablets.
Do not use if imprinted cap band is broken or missing. If symptoms persist for more than 7 days or worsen, contact a licensed health care provider. If you are pregnant or nursing, seek the advice of a licensed health care provider before using this product. Keep all medications out of the reach of children.

Had to wait a few weeks after ordering before I could try it out, I had mild stomach ache that felt like it could turn in to more so I tried it out and it did seem to ease my stomach pain within about 10 minutes. The pill really has no flavor so that was nice but would recommend having something to drink after since it dissolves under the tongue. I did take one star away since it irritated my throat just slightly but not to point I would not use it again. Over all I would recommend to give it a try if you are looking for other alternatives to nausea medicine.

I've had great experiences with cell salts from this company. Fortunately, this isn't one I've needed to use yet. It's great to have on hand during cold and flu season so you're not trying to find it when you need it.Best to take 15 minutes or more after having food or drink and also to wait another 15 minutes or 5 minutes for water.I hope this review helps!

This works really well when I am only mildly nauseas. When I am super nauseas (about to throw up) it doesn't work as well, so its best to start it before the nausea gets too bad.I really love that this doesn't have any side effects. I usually take a name brand liquid or a prescription for nausea, but they both have side effects, so I like that this is safer to take and works really well.

I get nausea fairly often and this treatment is working for me. I don't know about cold and flu.It is homeopathic, so it is worthwhile trying it out without much risk. It is easy to take.

Coincidence or not, right before this arrived on delivery, I had started feeling congestion, with a nasal drip the night before. As soon as I got these, I let one of them dissolve under my tongue. Symptoms are now much improved. Of course this is just one instance, but throughout the history of homeopathy, stories just like this have been well documented. It has very little taste and dissolves very quickly. No side effects, as is typically, if not always, the case with homeopathic remedies. Hyland is a brand that I trust.
