I bought one of these for my business. I had 8 Cat 6 lines to the front of our showroom and wanted them to come through in a tidy manor. This does exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price!

I only have six ports that go to various rooms in my home. Ideally I'd like to add more, but it's not possible without ripping up the walls. Since most patch panels have more ports, I wanted to find the smallest one possible that could fit in the limited space I had available near my breaker panel. I don't have drywall nearby since my basement undeveloped, just the breaker panel on a board of wood with very limited space to mount anything. I ended up having to mount the patch panel to the framing of the basement but fortunately it was the perfect size. The VCE slim keystone jacks I used fit perfectly in the patch panel, the only downside was that the patch panel didn't include any mounting screws. The patch panel is simple and clean looking, which I like.Pros- Good for small number of ports- Fits or mounts onto smaller spaces- Easy to install (only need two screws)- Assembly and installation of keystone jacks is simple- Works with slim keystone jacks (I used VCE slim keystone jacks)- Clean lookingCons- The price- It's completely made of plastic and feels flimsy, but should last if you're not constantly unplugging and plugging cables- No mounting screws or instructions- No labels (you need to write on the patch panel)- Not designed for network racks

My space is less suited for a rack.. or at least that's what I tell myself. Realizing this, I sought after a patch panel to mount onto my network-plywood. This product fit the bill perfectly, except I didn't realize my keystone jacks were standard and not slim. Eventually I will replace and trim my runs to a suitable length, but luckily this doesn't bother me as I only need 4 (currently).BUY SLIM KEYSTONES. GREAT SUCCESS

I would have happily paid twice the price for something made of materials that could withstand 2 pounds of pressure. I bought 3 of these and could not find a way to clip one to its bracket without the legs breaking off. One came in with legs broken before I received it. The faceplate is fine, but the stand is a 50cent toy used where a $10 bracket was needed. Wish I could find another brand. Every other ICC product I have purchased was fine.

This is a great patch panel for using keystone jacks versus a traditional 110-punch style patch panel. BUT, I can't give it 5 stars because it's just a simple piece of injection-molded plastic that, likely, only costs a few cents to produce.IMPORTANT NOTE: Pay CLOSE attention to the type of keystone insert you use. The ports are quite close together leaving NO ROOM for wider style (like some of the older, Allen Tel connections - SEE PHOTOS, Allen Tel jack on right).

Need more space between the jacks, Cable matters keystone jacks will not fit without skipping every other one.

I will definitely use this panel on future cabling jobs! It is made of sturdy plastic and the matching bracket is also good quality. Much easier to use than the 110 type panels and has a cleaner look. Cable Matters slim profile jacks fit perfectly. Any slim profile or HD keystone jack should work fine with this panel.

Wish I had read more of the reviews. The product is flimsy. Barely bump it and it comes apart.Could only fill every other spot with a KJ.
