These are great. I first had dehydrated potatoes in the hospital. The chef told me she rehydrated them in chicken stock, then she cooked them until lightly browned in a bit of butter. OMG, delicious! So, I purchased them here, and they turned out the same way. Also make great scalloped potatoes, just rehydrate partially first. If you need a source, this is it. Outstanding!
