I really like them as a snack healthy, delicious, sustainable. Every time my jar is running low, I order more and find a use for the empty jar. My last empty jar is now holding pickled purple onions.

Absolutely delicious seeds! A little calorie dense at 170kcal for 1/4 cup but so filling. Easily use as breakfast or lunch meal replacement. I was pleasently surprised how big jar was too.

These product is of great quality and flavor, besides all the health properties associated with the nut. The rating is for Whomever is selling/ repackaging this product. Covering the expiration and extending the expiration date should be illegal and consider fraud! Buyers buy directly from the manufacturer.

I had never tried these nuts before. Read about them somewhere and thought I would give them a try. LIked them. My next order was from a different brand - in a plastic bag. Not as good. I am back to this brand in a glass jar. Noticeable difference - higher quality. Thank you!
