This crystallized ginger is on my subscription list. Use it every day with yogurt and fruit for breakfast. A fair amount of sugar left over so I keep that and use it to flavor pancakes, waffles and cookies. And whatever else strikes my fancy.

Ginger is pricey in general but this brand/size of ginger bits is perfect for granola making and saves a lot of time trying to chop sticky granola chunks into smaller tasty accent bites. It's an essential ingredient of our favorite homemade granola.

I'm fine with ginger, but it's not my favorite spice. I also never thought I'd like a crystalized/candied ginger. I was proven wrong. And the fact that its already diced and doesn't have any sort of flour on it is great

These are so easy toss into food or drinks. I add to my lemonade, yogurt, hot chocolate, baking!! So good just to nibble out of my hand. Great in fresh granola. I never want to run out

I have a ginger cookie recipe that calls for candied ginger. Dicing big pieces is more challenging than you'd suspect. This was PERFECT. So delicious in the recipe I bought it for - can't wait to throw this in other things as well -- banana bread? pound cake? salads? mixed nuts? ...

I used this to make some spiced ginger cookies and they turned out fantastic! The ginger size is small, uniform and perfect for baking. And the flavor is so fresh. Highly recommend to the bakers out there!!
