I disliked the extra crunch sometimes too hard, hard call cuz there's lots of crumbs left if it's too soft

Okra helps stabilize blood sugar and with the digestion of gluten, which I'm sensitive to. I can't stand boiled okra and fried isn't good for anyone. These have an awesome crunch and aren't too salty. Great alternative to potato or corn chips.
