Okra is my favorite vegetable. I'm a connoisseur of okra, and this is lovely. The saltiness and then the sweetness, followed by that rich taste of the tannins.What would boost the taste, flavor and texture for me would be a little less crunchy, so I could taste the seeds where the most tannins are. My mom's okra had a wonderful marriage with the heavy handed use of tomato paste in her sauce (let that marinate)... add that then, perfecto!
