Are use a lot of almond flour in place of the white flour I think it's healthier for you it does keep well I keep mine in an airtight container and it's great quality and it will last

love this flour, great for making keto brownies and for pan fry coating! really ads a crunch to pan fired item, you don't really even notice the difference. the big bag is a great price and seals airtight for storage
