Excellent almond flour. Fine grain, smooth not grainy, works perfect for anything you flour for. Great flavor. I wish the bag sealed a little better, but I just pour mine into an air tight container instead.

I use this flour a lot for brownies, cookies, cakes, others. The flavor is mild. It makes great almond paste for Dutch letters.

This is a nice fine grind I use for macarons. It was the same price (or slightly lower) than Sam's Club (about $13) when I bought.

I have been using this gluten free Almond Flour for a while, this is a good finely sifted Blue Diamond brand. I've used this flour in many recipes and baked goods turn out delicious. This is a very good product.

Excellent product! Some almond flours can be heavy and dense. But this one is light and finely milled. Perfect for baked goods--and any other culinary use.
