This is my go to brand for macarons. You can get away with only sifting once or twice with this almond flour. You don't waste as much larger crumbs have need to run the flour through a food processor.

I like to use almond flour for my keto diet. I use it to make some cookies, scones, and etc!Also, I think its reasonable price because when I try to almond flour from other stores it was more expensive than buying it from here.

I got this to make macarons. You really need to sift this. Its not very super fine grain. This was my result with very little sifting. Taste is good, but the seal is awful. It needs a zipper, not a velcro because it's flour. It's all clogged up immediately.

I have only used it for honey bread recently, but it turned out well once I figured out how to adjust the other ingredients to account for the almond flour's inability to rise. I don't know how airtight it is, my bag has one of those squishy zippers on it like Epsom salt bags have. It smells very fresh though! Also, the flavor is great. I'm gonna try it in a new mix I'm making for fried chicken. I'm a Southerner, so this no grain diet is difficult. Ha!

I am on a grain-free diet and I depend mainly on blanched almond flour, plus a smaller amount of coconut and cassava flours, for any baking I do. The quality of the Blue Diamond almond flour is comparable to other good almond flours I have purchased locally. It can sometimes be hard to find locally, so I'm happy to find a reliable and reasonably priced alternative - I've got it on subscription now, and just fill in occasionally from local sources if I'm getting low before my next delivery is due.
