I am rating this base on comparing to the almond flour I order before, so I am giving this a better rating because1; the price is a much better deal2; the quality seems to be better; the color also seems to be more fine, the other one had a little bit of grains of something,BUT; yes here's the nuts, after baked the bread is more harder, ( even thou I bake the exact way; time, amount etc etc ), maybe I will have to adjust the time / temp a little bit and see how it turns out. ( since I do bake a lot, would take long to find out ). Overall; would I buy this again; YES for now.

New to Keto and am doing very well. Bought this so I could make bread but it is very gritty to me. Kind of reminds me of cornmeal. Only cornmeal item I like is my granny's hoecakes (i can only describe hoecakes as a cross between a pancake and cornbread.) Have a friend who has been doing Keto for 5 years and she was more than happy to take this off of my hands.This is a pass for me--too gritty, but others may love it.

I am a diabetic and try to follow a low carb diet. This has been a great substitute for wheat flour. My wife makes me banana bread and pancakes with this and they are delicious. Very low carbs and perfect for diabetics. I now control my diabetes completely with a low carb diet. My A1C went from 7.3 to 5.8 i 4 months on this diet. I also lost 20 lbs in the same time frame. I recommend to people on a low carb diet.

I use this almond flour for Keto cookies at my restaurant, and I must say it is the best available out there and most consistent- at a fair price!! The only problem is, is that the bag is not really resealable. The powdery almond flour (which is the most important aspect) gets in the way of the bag resealing. Fold it over, tie with a rubberband, wrap in plastic, whatever it takes!! 2 thumbs WAY up!!

Like the flavor and that I can get it delivered in couple days. Being a diabetic I cook a lot of food using almond flour instead of regular flour. It helps regulate my blood sugar.
