Like the flavor and that I can get it delivered in couple days. Being a diabetic I cook a lot of food using almond flour instead of regular flour. It helps regulate my blood sugar.

No complaints whatsoever about the product, but the packaging is lacking! I have yet to order a bag that would zip close properly! Thanks to the company for using thick plastic for the bag; it's the zip lock technology that is the problem. To solve the problem, I am again using my air-tight canisters from the old standard white flour days.

I bought this to make bear claws. I have not done that yet, but I have made almond milk and the brownie recipe on the bag. Both were great. I think I have a new favorite brownie recipe.

Blanched Almond Flour is the way to go, as unblanched does not cook the same. This is an affordable brand which is even cheaper if you Subscribe Save. If you have been cooking with unblanched almond flour becasue of price, TRY THIS and see how your baked goods come out differently, lighter and tastier.

I have been following ketogenic eating for about 18 months. The think I have disliked the most is the grainy texture of the various brands of almond flour I have tried. Blue Diamond is much finer than even those claiming to be a superfine grind. More tender crumb, softer baked goods. Blue Diamond will be my go-to almond flour from here on out. Priced lower than the other almond flours I have tried.
