This is an excellent almond flour. It's very finely and evenly ground and doesn't have any odd aftertaste or funky flavor. So far it's worked wonderfully in everything I've used it for, even substituting it for breadcrumbs in a meat loaf.

This is a very good brand for keto recipes because it's finely ground which can make or break a keto recipe. I had used a different brand and everything I made came out heavy and grainy. I'm very pleased with this brand and will continue to buy.

This was more sizable than expected, which I was pleasantly surprised by. Since I recently decided to cut back on gluten when possible, I decided to invest in almond flour for some small recipes to start, but with this size, I'm looking forward to larger baking projects. The flour itself was fresh, but I can't keep it in this bag since the enclosure has gotten too gunked with flour to close properly. This is a non-issue for me, as I transfer flour to a new Ziploc bag, anyway. I'm happy with this purchase.

We have to be totally GF but don't like the grit of regular GF flours, even when taking all precautions...like letting it rest. Almond flour is the perfect solution...esp for snack bars, which are a staple at our house. At first, I didn't think we could make them for less than store-bought, but can now make for 1/2 the price...less sugar...healthier ingredients and no preservatives. Hoping the price point stays the same!

It is not inexpensive but it you are on a low carb diet there are not a lot of options. I have no complaints about the quality of the flour or the packaging.

Been doing keto so bought this hoping my picky husband will get on board with it. He does not like the taste, too gritty tasting he said. It doesn't bother me as much although I get it. I do like the keto biscuits I make . I have noticed less inflammation in my body since doing keto so for me, I will continue to use but just bought another type of keto flour in hopes of satisfying everyone in the household. It's good for what it is.
