This flour is great for coating fish, chicken, eggplant, etc. I have several great bread recipes using this flour as well as muffins and rolls. Protein instead of carbs. Good for diabetics.

Have ordered this brand of almond flour for a couple of years now. It is always the same and works well in all of my low-carb baking recipes and I don't have to go to a big box store to get the 3 pound size.

The first bag I received had an expiration date that was two weeks away. They followed up quickly though and sent another bag with appropriate use by date.

I was so happy when this came in the mail. So much almond flour for the money! Great quality. I wish the bag came with a ziplock because it is tricky to get it sealed properly once you've used it and especially if any little particles of flour get trapped in the seal.

Bag won't seal because of all the flour that got stuck in the press-and-seal part. Excellent quality and price though. We've been using these to make macarons
