I primarily add it to my morning smoothies/shakes as a flavor enhancer and another source of plant protein. (pairs well with powdered peanuts).Good stuff and it adds more umphf to smoothies. It also helps to tide my appetite for longer verses when I don't add it.

This is the best almond flour around. Can't find the size in store. Can't beat the price either. I am diabetic and this is one of the flour's I have to use in a lot of my recipes. Will continue to order as long as it is in stock.

Ive done keto off and on the last few years and lost 80 pounds but always found it hard to swallow most almond flours because it was too grainy. This is by far the absolute best one ive tried. I made a pumpkin cream cheese filled muffin and pumpkin bread with it and you seriously cant tell that they are not made with regular flour. Texture is spot on.

I put some in a standard pancake mix to make it healthier. The taste is subtle and it can substitute for about on third of the flour in most receipes. Great in muffins and cinnamon roll dough.

This is my favorite almond flour. But I suggest after opening it, you move it into a different container. The bag uses a velcro material to seal, which those tiny protein ants can get through and they are very fond of almond flour.

Better than generic brands for cooking but the seal is velcro! Who would ever think velcro would seal shut? The almond flour sticks to the velcro its impossible to remove from this velcro seal. I had to pour into a different bag.

This is a good deal compared to the brands in the grocery store. The packaging is good where the sincerely nuts brand had defective bags on 3 purchases that I made.

I've tried other brands to make my macarons, but this is by far the best. The finest grain and dry enough that it makes my macarons turn out amazing. I've bought this multiple times and will continue using it for my macarons.

This is a high quality almond flour that comes fresh in a resealable bag. We are on the Keto diet and I bake with this frequently and have had no problems. When we stock up we keep the extra bags in the freezer. We would highly recommend this Blue Diamond almond flour.

I really like the blue diamond almond flour and I've bought it several times. Sometimes I even use it in recipes if I don't have gluten free oatmeal. Gluten free is perfect for me. Have a great day!
