Works great for making macarons, less sifting and waste since it's ground very fine. I bought a cheaper brand and was disappointed.It costs a few dollars more but worth the price. Will definitely purchase again.

Keto waffles were a real treat! Definitely not as delicious as wheat waffles, but very satisfying and super easy to work with. These were made in a matter of minutes, in a mini waffle maker. I would have given it 5 stars if the resealable package actually resealed. The tracks fill up with almond flour and it won't close. I tried scraping it out of the tracks, no deal. I did not realize this and dumped a bunch of almond flour all over my pantry. Too expensive to be wasting!

I have tried various other Almond flours, all of which said they were fine or superfine, but this is the finest sifted flour I have had and it makes a tremendous difference in your baked goods. This is my new go-to.

The only down side to this product is the resealable packaging. It's certainly not reliable or easy to seal. Best to put in an air tight container
