Better texture than other brands of almond flour. I am still learning how to bake with the almond flour and I enjoy learning new combinations in recipes to attain the right outcome.

This is the only brand I use to make my macarons. Not to expensive and I get a lot of use in one bag. I can't speak for the airtight storage of the bag since I transfer it to a large container for storage. I find myself only having to sift 2-3x without additional blending. Definitely recommend this in baking.

I'm giving it 4 stars because the Expiration date will expire next month February 2022! I would've liked it to be longer, so I had to make some with it right away. I will have to make something else soon!

I purchased this to make marzipan and it was ideal. Very finely ground. Strong almond taste. Very consistent and easy to scoop/measure.

got put on a low carb diet...my daughter uses this to make me cookies etc...they taste edible...if you cant have carbs then this is likely your best alternative and lowest cost/ highest qualityI reccomend it

Really enjoyed baking with this. It's the right texture and tastes great. The only part I struggle when it comes to baking with Almond Flour is how dense it is. Not the product's fault, just something you have to learn when baking with gluten0free products. If you use this, i'd make sure to have an airtight container handy. :)

I love this flour ! I have went on a low carb diet and this is perfect for it. I bake cakes,cookies, and muffins and it has a wonderful flavor. Highly recommend

This product is sifted finer than most almond flour brands in the stores or on the internet. I use it to make macarons and the finer flour literally eliminated two siftings!

I purchased the flour to try my hand at Keto baking for the holidays. This flour works great. It is fresh, mild flavored and finely sifted, not to mention way less expensive than in the local grocery stores. Both of my holiday cakes turned out exceptionally good. I will be a return customer, and am recommending to family and friends.

I can't have dairy or gluten, so I buy almond flour to make pancakes. I think the taste is fine. The texture is fine. I recommend to this everyone who can't dairy or/and gluten. It's easy on my belly that's for sure.
