The flour tastes great. Only issue I ever have with this product is the resealable bag doesn't seal easily. Instead of messing with it each time I bought a storage container that holds the entire bag and seals easily.

During the Christmas baking rush I needed almond paste but was appalled at the price being asked for it.I found a recipe for homemade almond paste and am so happy to be self-sufficient in this way! Yippee!
