I love this almond flour and we keep purchasing it again. The only complaint I have is that the bag doesn't seal well. I'd suggest storing it in a different container rather than the bag it comes in.

The flower itself has many great qualities.1. There are many different recipes you can use this with, it even makes my protein icecream a little thicker while adding healthy fats to the ice-cream itself.2. the resealable bag itself is easy to store, close, and open3. It blends easily into all batter making processes.I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a healthier alternative for all their baking needs.

This was so good the first time I bought it; I bought it again! Fine consistency, good flavor, fresh. I sometimes have a problem with the zipper bag, but a rubber band takes care of that.

This flour is very finely ground, and it makes delicious baked goods for those of us who are Keto, gluten free, or both. You can't find any other almond flour at this price point. I used to buy Anthony's which is a great brand, but it's too expensive for me now. I'm glad I found this. I have it on Subscribe Save, so it's an even better deal.

Thanks for creating recipes for your product. It helps me get started off on my keto diet. I was unsure what to make at first. It is not great for making fluffy loaf breads, but it is great for denser pound cakes. Please develop a cream cheese pound cake recipe!

I've been really happy with this Blue Diamond almond flour. I keep buying it over and over. It seems fresh and good quality. It isn't clumpy. This size bag fits in my flour storage container.

I tried grinding my own almonds once and that didn't turn out so well. I bought this product instead and it was a great find. It's a fine texture, which is great for baking. I mix it with other flours for keto baking and it turns out really nice.
