The basis of my dyi gf all-purpose flour blend, this flour gives my baked goods substance, moisture and a nice sweet taste. Can't do without it! Have it set up as a monthly subscription so I don't run out...:)

Truly fine ground and sifted! I've purchased two other brands stating fine ground and had to grind more to use without getting a mealy weird texture when baked. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I've been playing around with almond flour recipes in an effort to reduce the carbs in my diet. The main issue I had was finding large packages of reasonably priced Almond Flour. Problem Solved! Blue Diamond is a quality company, the almond flour is great, and the price is budget friendly.
