Just trying to have a healthier diet and finding it cost more. This is a good alternative to conventional flour if you want to reduce you carbohydrate and gluten intake. Have tried a few recipes, and found this flour doesn't rise and is much denser than regular flour. I'm new to this, but have been learning and experimenting with ingredients to achieve healthy meals that taste as good as they use too. Bottom line its a good product that is healthier for you.I recommend this flour as I learn more about it and my healthier life.
