I've been playing around with almond flour recipes in an effort to reduce the carbs in my diet. The main issue I had was finding large packages of reasonably priced Almond Flour. Problem Solved! Blue Diamond is a quality company, the almond flour is great, and the price is budget friendly.

This is the most finely sifted almond flour I've tried for keto baked goods -- far less grainy than other brands. Not exactly like regular wheat flour, but close enough. A maple cake I baked using a regular recipe came out almost indistinguishable from the usual product using regular flour. Blue Diamond will be my go to brand for almond flour from now on.

This was ground more finely than the last brand I bought, which I appreciate because I am using it to make macarons. The macarons made from it have turned out great so far.

Just trying to have a healthier diet and finding it cost more. This is a good alternative to conventional flour if you want to reduce you carbohydrate and gluten intake. Have tried a few recipes, and found this flour doesn't rise and is much denser than regular flour. I'm new to this, but have been learning and experimenting with ingredients to achieve healthy meals that taste as good as they use too. Bottom line its a good product that is healthier for you.I recommend this flour as I learn more about it and my healthier life.

I follow a paleo diet which is grain free. I use quite a bit of almond flour. I have been pleased with the results when I bake with Blue Diamond.

I am a diabetic and the people I live with have gluten allergies so I tried this. It works just as well as regular flour. My only issue is with the packaging. It didn't re-seal right so I had to put it in and air tight container. I made oat meal chocolate chip cookies with this and they were delicious. You don't taste the almonds at all.
