Love baking with this product. It is not as gritty as other almond flours that I have tried. It is a great substitute when you are going gluten free or trying keto. I have learned that adding a bit of xanthan gum has helped with binding in some recipes. It also works well combining with coconut flour or flaxseed.I’m not a huge fan of this bag, it tends to not be an easy close for me. It collects flour and doesn’t seal well. I can’t honestly say if it’s improved over time or not, because I have just dump my flour into my own airtight container.
