There's little almond flavor, probably due to the processing. Many bread recipes call for large amounts of mozzarella cheese, which doesn't add much flavor. Blue Diamond offers recipes, some of which I have made. Their brownie recipe baked nicely but lacked the rich chocolate flavor that comes from using wheat flour. Their almond cracker recipe worked. Avoid yeast in bread recipes. Almond flour doesn't rise and yeast imparts an off taste. Baking powder is best for leavening. Bake at 350 to avoid excess browning. I'm not really impressed with almond flour's baking properties but I use it because of one family member's low carb diet.
