I was pleased to find a large bag of pine nuts as Costco jo longer sells them. These pine nuts are soft, not the texture I was hoping for.

I used to wander the hills of New Mexico for days to get enough pion to fill a bag like this. These aren't quite as good as NM nuts, but a real time saver. I'm guessing these are from china. Best when lightly roasted. Try 350 for ten minutes on a steel pan. Single layer only. They turn quick so keep a constant watch. 30 seconds too long and they'll burn.

I was disappointed with this product! I wanted some disgusting extremely strong flavored pinion nuts. The kind that you can't get the taste of pine sap out of your mouth for an hour. Instead they sent this pack of pine nuts that I actually like. I really wanted to torture my friends with the horrible stuff I grabbed every time I ate them in the past!So that will teach me for trying to be mean.

These guys are delicious! Roast them up and toss them in anything for a nice, nutty crunch. Arrived fresh and flavorful but WOW I did not know pine nuts were so fatty. Not the fault of deez nuts tho.

This bag of pine nuts was full up to the top with good, clean, uniform looking nuts. They didn't have a strong scent (or taste really), but they worked okay for the pesto that I used them for. Good for the price - but I'd splurge for the more expensive ones if you're looking for a more vibrant taste.
