I bought these on a whim to have a healthy snack. They arrived in tact, no issues there. Upon opening, I followed instructions and immediately transferred them to a sealed container that I kept in the fridge.They are not the most flavorful I've ever had, but we have to keep in mind they're not fresh, they're packaged. That said, they were a lot bigger than anticipated! They were perfectly tender; not too tough or too mushy. I heated them up on the stove for a few minutes with a little acidity and salt/pepper/garlic, and they were perfect! Exactly what I wanted. I paid $15 for a similar appetizer at a restaurant so the value for this great. I would definitely buy again.

These marinated artichokes are delicious as a snack or appetizer.

Not great. The artickoke stems are mushy. Roland in the can was a much better product. I will not be ordering these again.
