I used this to make boba and it was somewhat difficult to knead but the product was a good use of money and didn't really have a taste, I would recommend this for its many uses and good price!

The stiff bag opens all the way at the top so I can measure and even the excess in the cupsI measure with right back into the bag. Anthony's flours are my first choice for this reason.

This is an excellent product. It's something I keep on hand all the time for my gluten-free baking. Anthony's has excellent products. I've order some of their other products and have not been let down. Plus they include information about where the product comes from, a little history, uses for the product and a joke.

Love this product! I make Brazilian cheese bread it works amazing. My daughter uses it for tapioca balls. We are pleased will buy again. Great quality good company. I buy from this company all the time for other products. Always Fresh perfect.

If you are buying this for making boba this is great.Follow the instructions very carefully if you find one online. This is great for making Ooblek? when you do mess up lol.Will def. purchase again when I run out.

Thickens very nicely better than corn starch which I cannot use anymore. Very good alternative when gluten and corn sensitive.

My biggest complaint is the zipper - the strach gets in it and makes it impossible to close. But for the quality and price I will gladly clip the bag closed.

Using for GF baking. Dinged one star because expry date was a little short (in 4 mos). Considering the amt I use not bad enough to send back or complain. Product itself was in good shape and performs as expected.

I buy this flour regularly to make almond and arrowroot pancakes from mydeliciousmeals. Arrowroot can be substituted by tapioca, and you still get the same great result. The price is good, and the quality is high, just what I need.
