I'm obsessed with Brazilian cheesy bread (po de queijo). It's the only thing I care to make, plus I'm gluten-free so this is perfect. I make a huge batch at least 2x/month and friends/family always ask for more.Also, if you loathe washing dishes like me, bake your cheesy bread in cupcake liners for less scrubbing. You're welcome.

When it came time to order tapioca flour I found lots of choices. I have used other Anthony products before so I made the choice to try them again. I made a good choice. The product arrived quickly in a resealable bag. The bag easy to reseal unlike other so-called resealable bags I have used. I would prefer that it had been packaged in a cardboard container as the floppy bag doesn't fit as well on a shelf. However, the flour was worked well and the price was decent.

Good package, it can reseal and put it back in the pantry. It had over a year expiration date. Tapioca is white and fine. No werid coloring. I only have good things to say about it. I added a recipe for a quick pao de queijo made in the blender. Enjoy! If you like my review. Please thumbs up!

I have been a fan of this brand for a long time, but now that they have more organic products in their line, I am happy to buy in bulk the gluten free staples for baking that I enjoy using. Tapioca starch adds fluff to my muffins and when combined with organic cassava flour, I can make a great breading for my veggies and chicken.

I use this flour to make boba at home and it works just as well as tapioca from the local Asian supermarket. This is a much better price per oz though and it comes in a resealable bag.
