I use this flour to make boba at home and it works just as well as tapioca from the local Asian supermarket. This is a much better price per oz though and it comes in a resealable bag.

I bought this to make boba pearls- it is amazing!! Does the job well and i havent run out yet! A lot of product for not much money. I definitely recommend this product to make fresh, tasty boba balls for tea.

It's hard to find tapioca flour starch in the stores and I needed to learn to make vegan cheese. It worked great. I am sure people have other reasons to buy this, but it worked really well for my needs. It can be used as a substitute for cornstarch.

Really do love their brand of flours. I usually get almond flour, tapioca flour and coconut flour from them. The quality is great and so is the size for the amount of money you spend. I fully transitioned away from processed flours and I think by far this is my favorite brand.

Anthony's products are high-quality and this is no exception. Tapioca flour is used as a thickener and also binding agent in gluten free baking. It has very fine texture and no flavor, so it will work well in any recipe that calls for tapioca flour.
