I have a corn allergy so can't use cornstarch in recipes. Tapioca starch works perfectly!.

I use this stuff weekly and love it. It is always fresh, tastes good in baking and doesn't hurt my tummy. Love that. Great prices too. Bulk is better for sure.

Very good flour when combined with a couple of other flours it make a self rising flour that is gluten free.
