Good price. 2-1/2 lbs should last me years. Even though it comes in a resealable package, we will put in mason jars for long term storage. Recommend.

I use this to make gluten free dog treats and it works so well. The dogs don't have any complaints either.

There is a difference between the two. Tapioca flour is the starch extracted from the cassava root. Cassava flour contains the entire root, including all fibers. They aren't always interchangeable.
