Mission: Established in 2014, Inclusive for Women Inc. – Women of Toledo (WOT) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization serving the Greater Toledo community that advocates for diversity and inclusion with a focus on economic empowerment. Our grassroots educational organization has a very diverse group of women leaders committed to bringing together youth and women to learn from and about each other. The WOT mission is to educate, engage, and empower local young women and women to keep moving forward.

Results: In 2019, we served 1385 women and youth in our community members through our program and services with more than 23 series program sessions aims to elevate female advocacy and economic advancement within our regions. Our flagship mentorship circle continued to be one of our popular program services. We are grateful to 47 high talented leaders and women-owned businesses that willing to serve their time and talent to mentor 64 mentees throughout the year. Few of our success stories include supporting 12 individuals securing not only jobs but career opportunities and 5 of our mentees are now connected to the proper resources and services to help with their life transitions. We successfully served 481 attendees with 366 participants that attended multiple sessions for the Women Economic Empowerment (WEE) series program in 2019.Therefore, we had 76% retention from our WEE attendees with an average of 90 attendees that attended more than two of the WEE/WES programs. In addition, 32% of attendees participated in the series for FREE from our No Women Left Behind scholarship fund. We also organized 27 youth engagement program activities and maintained a connection with 42 young women with an average age of 13-24 young women on a quarterly basis.
