Programs: Project GRANDD (Grandparents Raising And Nurturing Dependents with Disabilities) supports and strengthens grandfamilies to ensure that they are successful and that children remain out of the foster care system. Healthcare Without Walls provides pediatric well-care and maternal health literacy training to families that have experienced homelessness and other instabilities.
