I teach sign language and we're enjoying this book. I do wish it had an answer key, thought. That would help.

Originally left a review for a different book ordered at the same time. This is the corrected review for Int. Conversational Sign Language While no book can replace knowledgeable instructors or conversation with fluent speakers, this is a very good reference for self study. As the title suggests, this is not for a early beginner and you will get more out of the book if you already have a decent working vocabulary and understanding of ASL grammar. As an adult learner, this book is invaluable to better my understanding of correct sentence structure options and how individual signs work together. One of the best ASL texts I have run across.
