Broke after not even 2 months of use. My horse even has his halter taken off for turnout. Crown piece on very top started to disintegrate which I have never seen, even on fake leather.

Really nice quality for the price. There is neoprene-like padding on the inside of the noseband that you can't see in the photos. Update: Bought this because boarding facility leaves halters out on the gates and sometimes on the horses. It has been exposed to all weather and hijinks and it still cleans up like new. No tears and the lining and buckles never rub my horse's face. The leather is a bit stretched out but still works. If he pulled hard it would definitely break like it's supposed to. And pieces of old stirrup leathers work great as crown replacements! Best halter I've ever bought and will be buying more in case they ever stop making them. Can't recommend highly enough!

Great halter but the corners of the leather strap are pretty 34;rough34; and ended up rubbing off the hair of our gelding.
