I needed a tool to cut through hardware cloth, as I was making cages for my container-grown vegetables to keep the chipmunks and rabbits away.These snips were so great for this. Made the job relatively easy and quick.

These are Sharp and rugged and have worked good for the multiple different materials i have used them on. I now own all 3 sizes of the Straight and Duck Billed version of these..

I didn't know how bad my old tin snips were until I started using these. These making cutting so easy. They are made with tight tolerances and the rubber coating on the handle makes using them comfortable. They're very sharp right out of the packaging.

Irwin makes good snips they cut nice and smooth on coil stock aluminum. If I lost them, I'd buy another set.

Bought these for a repair job I had to do on my vinyl siding and trim. They work well and fit into the second hammer loop on my tool pouch.

I purchased this item to cut 025 copper and brass sheet. It cut the sheet very easily very neatly with no real sharp edges. I'd buy it again if I needed it again!

Initial impression is that these are high quality tin snips. They seem to be well made, and they cut well. These will easily cut a single sheet of paper. Time will tell how durable they are.
