Mission: The mission of Isaiah House Treatment Center is to provide faith-based, holistic substance use disorder treatment aimed at helping recovering addicts achieve sobriety for a lifetime. We provide a comprehensive program that helps our clients face and deal with the consequences of addiction to focusing on solutions that prevent relapse and lead to a productive, meaningful life.

Results: Since 1999 we have witnessed thousands achieve sobriety, restore their families and become productive citizens in their community. 86% of our graduates have not re-offended within one year of program completion and 72% of our graduates are not in active addiction 180 days post completion of their program. There is real hope for addiction at Isaiah House.

Programs: We offer residential, intensive outpatient, outpatient, aftercare and recovery housing for men and women. We have 8 centers in 6 counties in Kentucky. Not only residential, but outpatient offering behavioral health therapy to all ages and primary care to provide medical care for families. We have on-site college providing up to 12 transferable credits and guaranteed full-time employment for all clients over 100 days in treatment. We have a full medical , clinical and case staff that are second to none. We accept private pay (sliding fee scale) , Medicaid and commercial insurance, as well as KORE (Kentucky Opioid Response Effort) and Operation UNITE vouchers. We are the only drug treatment facility to be named an official satellite campus of a university by the U. S. Department of Education. In 2019 Isaiah House was named a satellite campus of Campbellsville University, hosting a 44-credit hour program in welding.
