It's stretchy but not soo much that it stretches out and loses elasticity. Simple and cute! It runs a little small.

This garter was perfect to throw out on wedding day. It was a perfect fit. Not bulky under her dress.My daughter wore my mothers garter with a special broach and then this one to throw (something blue).This one is perfect for not keeping and giving away. I would not recommend spending $100 for one that will be tossed.

I am on the thinner side so I always worry about things being too big but it fit perfectly! It wasn't too tight to where it hurt or leaves a mark either. I just got this for my something blue under my wedding dress as a surprise for my fianc to find. It is good quality and I am happy I got it!
