Please read about all that Iodine/iodide can do for the body. So much research. Watch the videos by doctors on Youtube, especially with regards to breast cancer and prostate cancer. According to doctors in the know, people with these cancers suffer from a deficiency of iodine/iodide. Also, I read a review with pics how a lady got rid of her husband’s mole using it topically.

Nobody knows the correct dosage because 1 drop (2.5 mg) already provides 17 times the daily US RDA of 150 mcg (not "mg", its "mcg") . Do the math. You need 150 mcg, if you take 1 drop which is 2,500 mcg; 2,500/150 = 16.7 Ken Berry, MD screams for iodine louder than anybody and even he says just 1 drop daily if you aren't already eating iodine rich foods regularly. Most people don' t know what they are; seafood esp shrimp/fish, diary milk/yogurt/cheese, eggs yolks, liver. For vegetarians; seaweed, lima beans (yeah, you vegan types better take a daily drop of lugol's, AND use iodized salt, not ancient or natural sea salt).

This product helped supplement my missing dietary Iodine needs. Most people in western countries simply do not consume enough seafood, shellfish, and seaweed to get enough Iodine through their diet. I noticed a difference after the second week of taking it.

After 3 weeks, I’ve noticed much fuller hair and less dry skin. The effect on my hair is a huge deal because my hair has gradually thinned since I had Covid in 2021, then in 2022. (I’m a woman in her late 30s, and was devastated at the thought of premature baldness). Looking forward to more positive results with further use! I mix 2 drops in 8-12 oz of water and drink on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. So far, I’ve had no issue with stomach upset. The water I drink is non-fluorinated, so I’m not sure if that makes a difference. I’ll definitely buy more of this product in the future!
