I was given this as a gift in 1993 by a young lady. I love the sweet and masculine fragrance. I always get compliments from women when I wear it. I'll probably get another bottle as a backup. A great value!

JOOP! (original) catches a lot of flak for being dated now and too sweet, yet it's a smell I adore. The modern formula is very slightly less musky and unctuous than I remember it being during its heyday in the 1990's, but still more than powerful enough. It sails in on a very clean, almost antiseptic fougre accord of bitter citruses and lavender, but then surprises you by morphing into a gratifyingly sweet oriental-style, nigh-gourmand base, where vanilla and tonka bean predominate, laced delicately with a dark, non-frilly jasmin and an intoxicating musk. Some say the base is almost bubblegum or cotton-candy-like, yet I love it. Best for clubbing. Hope to always own a bottle of this magenta-colored juice! The product you'll receive here is fresh, new and boxed, and it's a great value... a good deal cheaper now than it was in the 90's.
