It was easy enough to get it over the hose connector and in place. It is a soft and flexible rubber and fits fine in the hose connector to protect it. Do not know how it will hold up over time. The original one when trailer was new was over 10 years old, but didn't use water hookup all that much in those years.

It fit perfectly. The other had to stretch quite a bit to fit but I had no problem.

This is an exact replacement for the worn out dust plug on our 1994 Dutchmen pop up. It fit perfectly. Saw some post that they had to cut the slit bigger to get it to fit. I was able to slide it on by putting the slit on first under the valve and pulling the ring up and around the valve.
