This clip was and exact replacement on my Mini Winie motor home. It even had the screw holes in the same places. Looks like nice stainless better than the originals but only time will tell on the quality of this product. For now its doing the job of hold my storage hatch covers open. Don't forget when you install them always put a bit of good quality silicone on the screws before installing keeps the water out and keeps the screws tight.

I bought these catches to upgrade from the weak plastic catches that came OE. I am using one on the large generator bay door where the weak plastic catch had caused me to get several near concussions when it let go while I was accessing the generator and other accessories.I also put two on a large side access door where I hang a 44 inch TV on the inside of the door and flip the door open when viewing the TV. I would guess it would take 3 or 4 times as many plastic catches to do the job.

Look great and if I do not have to change them every year it will be great.

It seems a well-designed, and durable latch. It was easy to install on my trailer and it does the job.

Purchased these to replace original plastic clips that were starting to become brittle and break from the sun. I did not use the supplied screws, instead I used stainless steel self tapping screws that I supplied. As to what others have mentioned about not fitting in existing holes from old clips. I prefer them to not fit in same holes. This way I know that these will be tight. Just put sealant in old holes before installing these. The base of these clips covered existing holes so really it wasn't an issue.
